Can I click and collect?
All our bouquets are delivered by courier. We do have a shop if you are local to Sutton-in-Ashfield and you can collect gift items from there. Please call 01623 553736 or visit www.flowerlifesutton.com to order a local collection.
Do you deliver same day?
We offer next day delivery when ordered before 12pm. There are no deliveries on Sunday or Mondays. If you order after 12pm but state the next day as the date, it will arrive on the next delivery day. For example, if you order at 1pm on a Saturday, it will not arrive until the following Tuesday as we will send it out on the Monday to ensure freshness.
Do you do funeral flowers?
Our Sutton-in-Ashfield branch deliver funeral flowers to any funeral director in Nottinghamshire and some parts of Derbyshire. Call 01623 553736 or visit www.flowerlifesutton.com
Do you do wedding flowers?
We focus all our efforts on creating the most stunning, high quality gift bouquets and therefore do not do weddings or events.

How long will my flowers last?
This all depends on the type of flowers and where they are kept. For help and more info see the care card attached to your bouquet.
What if my flowers don't arrive or I am not happy with them?
